燕麦β-葡聚糖对高脂血症大鼠空腹和餐后脂代谢的影响

【摘要】 研究了燕麦β-葡聚糖对高脂血症大鼠空腹和餐后脂代谢的影响。58只雄性SD大鼠随机分为基础组(n=10)和模型组(n=40),分别饲喂基础饲料和高脂饲料,饲养3w后,将造模成功的高血脂症大鼠随机分为高脂对照组、添加燕麦β-葡聚糖低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组10只,分别饲喂含0、6、12、24gβ-葡聚糖/kg的高脂饲料6w。于实验期末,分别测定大鼠空腹(禁食12h)和餐后(禁食16h后再强饲5g饲料后2h)血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoAI和ApoB的含量以及肝脏脂质变化。结果表明:不同剂量β-葡聚糖都极显著降低空腹血浆TC、LDL-C和ApoB水平,而对HDL-C、TG和ApoAl无显著影响;β-葡聚糖可以改善餐后血脂分布,降低肝脏脂质含量,不同剂量之间具有一定的差异性。

【Abstract】 Fifty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n=10) fed with basal diets and the model group (n=48) fed with high-fat diets for 3 weeks.Then hyperlipidemia rats were divided into 4 treatments (n=10), high lipid control treatment,low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose oatβ-glucan treatments,which were fed high-fat diets plus different contents of oatβ-glucan (0,6,12 and 24 gβ-glucan/kg,respectively) for 6 weeks.The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL- C,ApoAI and ApoB in plasma were measured at the states of limosis (Rats were fasted for 12 h) and postprandial 2 h (Rats were fasted for 16 h and then fed 5 g diet),respectively.Hepatic lipids were also measured at the end of experiments.The results showed that compared with high lipid control group,the contents ofTC,LDL-C and ApoB in plasma are significantly decreased in three oatβ-glucan groups of hypolipidemic rats at the state of limosis.Three doses ofβ-glucan also can significantly improve postprandial plasma lipid distribution and reduce hepatic cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations.Furthermore,the differ- ence among three doses of oatβ-glucan was observed in this experiment.
