【Abstract】 Genome DNA extracted from mold in koji was acted as model in the partial 18SrDNA sequence-amplified reaction by PCR.The DNA sequences were inserted into screening vector pKRX-T,and then were transformed into E.coil HB101.The results of sepuencing and simlarity analysis showed that the mold strain is similar to Rhizopus oryzae at 99 %.This strain might be regarded as mutant ofRhizopus oryzae.更多还原
