低分子量南瓜多糖LWPP-Ia的结构研究

【摘要】 对从南瓜中提取出来的低分子量纯多糖LWPP-Ia,根据高碘酸氧化、Smith降解、甲基化反应及GC、GC-MS等方法,确证了其结构特征:由葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖组成,摩尔比为3.6:1:1.2,为少分支结构,1,4-键型为主要键型,主链上的分支点为-~1Glu~2-,侧链末端主要由1位连接Glu和2位连接Fru,-~1Glu~2-构成侧链。

【Abstract】 By means ofperiodate oxidation,Smith degradation,methylation,GC,GC-MS,the structure of low molecular weight polysaccharide,LWPP-Ia isolated from pumpkin was analyzed.Monosaccharide composition analysis of LWPP-Ia indicated that it is a low branched molecule composed of glucose,fructose and galactose in the molar ratio of 3.6:1:1.2.The main chain is made up of(1→4)-linked-Glu and (1→4)-linked-Gall Some of(1→4)-linked-Glus were substituted at 2-O.The (1→2)- linked Glu is on the position 1 of side chain and the branch end is (1→)-Glu and (2→)-Fru.
