入侵植物水浮莲叶绿素提取工艺及其稳定性研究
Study on extraction technology and stability of chlorophyll from an invasive plant Pistia stratiotes L.
【摘要】 以水浮莲为原料提取叶绿素,通过单因素实验确定料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间的最佳工艺条件,利用正交实验法优化工艺,并测定水浮莲叶绿素的稳定性。结果表明,在单因素的基础上,确定了最佳工艺为采用溶剂无水乙醇、料液比1∶5、浸提温度70℃、浸提时间7h。水浮莲叶绿素对紫外光、常见氧化剂(如H2O2)均具有较强的耐受性,在近中性或偏碱性介质环境中性质基本稳定。研究结果可为入侵植物水浮莲的综合利用提供有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 In order to get chlorophyll with high quality and yield from invasive plant Pistia stratiotes L,an orthogonal experiment was applied to optimize the best extraction conditions. Extraction time,extraction temperature,solvent and solvent to raw material ratio were the main factors which influence the yield and purity of the extracted chlorophyll. The four factors chosen for the present investigation were based on the results of a single-factor test. The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:extraction time 7h,temperature 70℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1∶5. The chlorophyll from P. stratiotes showed greater tolerance to ultraviolet light,common oxidants(such as H2O2) and it was generally stability in a near neutral or slightly alkaline environment. The result of this study may be useful to comprehensive utilization of invasive plant P. stratiotes.
