【Abstract】 Three operation parameters of the extruder,screw speed,barrel heating temperature in the fluid flow section and feed rate were studied in this paper. The influences of three operation parameters on extruding caramel pigment were studied. The optimal operation conditions when extruding caramel pigment in the experiments were found:screw speed was 190r/min,barrel heating temperature was 190℃ in the fluid flow section,feed rate was 1.2kg/min.更多还原
