超临界CO2萃取禹州漏芦抗肿瘤有效成分的工艺研究

【摘要】 禹州漏芦中含有丰富的α-三联噻吩化合物。其有广泛的光毒活性,对肿瘤细胞及病毒、真菌等各种病原微生物显示出明显的抑制作用;抗病毒及细胞毒作用;具有抗HIV、杀虫作用、抗真菌作用。为了从禹州漏芦中提取α-三联噻吩化合物,文章通过单因素实验确定了采用超临界萃取技术从禹州漏芦中提取α-三联噻吩的工艺条件。结果显示,在萃取釜压力为25MPa,萃取釜温度为45℃,萃取时间为90min,夹带剂用量为70mL的条件下,从禹州漏芦中提取α-三联噻吩的提取率最大。

【Abstract】 Radix echinopsis contains a large number of α-triple thiophene.It has a wide range of drug-ray activity,shows significant inhibition on the tumor cells and viruses,fungi and other microbial pathogens;has anti-virus and cytotoxicity,anti-HIV effect,plays the role of pesticides;antifungal activity.In order to extract α-triple thiophene from radix echinopsis,condition of extracting α-triple thiophene from radix echinopsis by supercritical extraction technology was established through the single-factor and orthogonal experiment.The result were as follows:the extracting pressure was 25MPa,extracting temperature was 45℃,extracting time was 90min,and the dosage of co-solvent was 70mL ethanol absolute.The extraction rate was the highest.
