啤酒酵母免疫活性β-葡聚糖的研究

【摘要】 论述了β-葡聚糖的结构、生物活性以及在食品、化妆品和饲料工业的应用,并对产品进行市场预测和展望。
【Abstract】 The article elaborated β-1,3-glucan from cell wall of beer yeast containing structure,the biological activity,and the application of the product in food,comestic,feedingstuff,and the market of the product.
