【Abstract】 Taking the skin of Rana.Chensinensis as research object,an antibacterial frog skin peptide was extracted from it.The best technology conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment based monofactorial experiment.The best technology conditions of extracting the frog skin peptide were confirmed:colonial spirit concentration was 80%,colonial spirit volume was 6 times of the skin weight of frog,the extraction time was 24h,the extraction frequency was 3 times.更多还原
