大豆粉末磷脂微波真空干燥工艺研究

【摘要】 利用微波真空干燥技术干燥大豆粉末磷脂。设计大豆粉末磷脂干燥的微波真空干燥工艺,确定大豆粉末磷脂微波真空干燥的工艺参数范围,优化干燥工艺条件。在温度为60℃,微波功率为80mA(255W),干燥时间为20min时,大豆粉末磷脂产品的干燥百分率为51.69%,大豆粉末磷脂中的丙酮不溶物为98.5%。

【Abstract】 Wave vacuum the drying process of soya phospholipids was studied. We designed the drying condition of soya phospholipids. The technological parameter of drying soya phospholipids were determined through the experiments. The result showed that the optimal condition of drying are as follows: vacuum presure is 0. 095 MPa,drying temperature is 60 ℃ ,microwave power is 80 mA(255 W),drying time is 20 min. The drying percentage of soya phospholipids is 51. 69% in the conditions; Acetone insoluble is 98. 5% .
