【Abstract】 The paper summed up the purpose and principle of irradiated foods detection and the requirement of detection methods in the round. Meanwhile, the different detection methods for irradiated foods and the status of constituting standard were compared, at home and abroad. The result shows there is none detection method can be applied to all irradiated foods and detection methods have both advantage and disadvantage at present. The research and development direction of the detection techniques for irradiated foods of China were pointed out in addition.更多还原
