苦参中黄酮类组分的提取及抗氧化性的研究

【摘要】 用正交试验探索超临界萃取苦参中黄酮类组分的最佳工艺条件,最佳参数为:温度40℃,压力30 MPa,乙醇流速0.4 mL/min,时间60 min,最高得率为5.82%。在此基础上对苦参中黄酮类组分进行分离提取,用分光光度法测定其抗氧化性。结果显示苦参中黄酮类组分对自由基有消除作用。

【Abstract】 Studied the best extraction condition of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)of flavonoids in Sophora flavescens,and used the orthogonal design investigated the extraction conditions of flavonoids in Radix sophorae.The optimal extraction conditions were: extraction temperature 40 ℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa,ethanol velocity 0.4 mL/min and extraction time 60min.And the maximum yield of the flavoniods is 5.82%.In the conditions,flavonoids of the radix sophorae were separated,and its antioxidant activities were detected by the spectrophotometry.The result showed that flavonoids of the radix sophorae had the ability to eliminate free radicals.
