两种海洋副产品的脂肪酸组成及其对高脂小鼠的影响
Fatty acid composition of two different marine by-products oils and the effects on mice fed by high-fat diet
【摘要】 研究从海洋水产加工后的副产品中提取的油脂脂肪酸组成,并探讨其对肥胖小鼠的减肥功效。用Folch法从鲭鱼头和鱿鱼内脏中提取油脂,采用GC-MS法分别测定两者的脂肪酸组成,分别用两种油脂对高脂小鼠灌胃,观察它们对小鼠生长发育的影响,观察及测试指标包括小鼠的生长发育情况、体重增长率、脂肪堆积率、脏器指数等。两种油脂中含有油酸、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)等不饱和脂肪酸成分。对于喂食高脂饲料的肥胖小鼠,该油脂具有降低肥胖小鼠体重和脏器指数、抑制脂肪堆积、促使小鼠生长发育正常的功能。两种深海鱼油脂均有明显的减肥作用,对海洋加工产品的综合利用具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to determine the fatty acid composition of marine by-product oils.The effect of the oils on the obesity mice was also studied.Oils were separated from two different marine by-products(mackerel’s head and squid’s entrails) with Folch method.Fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC-MS after the oils were methyl esterified.The oils were administered respectively to mice fed with high-fat diet by gavage,and the effects of these were studied according to several indexes,such as growth and development condition,bodyweight growth rate,organ indexes and body fat accumulation rate of the mice.The results showed that both of the oils detected several unsaturated fatty acids,including oleic acid,eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) et al.Both of the oils were effective in lowering bodyweight,organ indexes and body fat of mice.Our study showed that proper process technology could wtilize the compounds in marine by-products wltimately.
