淫羊藿多糖的纯化及其结构初步鉴定

【摘要】淫羊藿粗多糖经DEAE-52和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化得到组分EPSⅠa,通过红外光谱分析发现具有多糖的典型结构;通过HPLC分析发现,EPSⅠa是由鼠李糖、果糖、葡萄糖和2个不确定的单糖组分组成的杂多糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 EPSⅠa was obtained by purifying from the crude polysaccharide through DEAE-52 column chromatography and Sephadex column chromatography respectively. The result by IR analysis indicated that the EPSⅠa had the polysaccharide characteristic absorption peak. The result by HPLC analysis indicated that the EPSⅠa is composed by rhamnose,fructose,glucose and two uncertainty fragments.更多还原
