蛹虫草子实体和蛹虫草根醇提物抗氧化活性的对比
A Comparison Study on Antioxidant Activities of Fruit Body and Fruit Body Root from Cordyceps militaris
【摘要】 蛹虫草根作为人工蛹虫草的副产品未得到有效利用。本试验以10 mL体积分数70%乙醇分别提取1 g蛹虫草子实体和蛹虫草根,分析了二者的醇溶性总糖、还原力和清除自由基的能力。结果表明:蛹虫草子实体的醇溶性总糖含量为蛹虫草根部2倍;蛹虫草根部醇提物还原力和清除DPPH自由基能力要明显高于蛹虫草孢子头子实体醇提物;后者清除羟自由基的能力稍强于前者。说明人工蛹虫草根有潜在的开发利用价值。
【Abstract】 The ethanol soluble carbohydrate,reducing power and free radical scavenging rate of ethanol extracts from 1g of cultured Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link were analyzed in vitro.Ethanol 10mL of 70%(v/v) was used in the extraction.The bioactivities of the extracts were identified.The ethanol soluble carbohydrate of fruit body from cultured Cordyceps was 2 times than that of fruit body root.The reducing power and DPPH free radical scavenging rate of fruit body root from cultured Cordyceps were significantly higher than those of fruit body.The hydroxy free radical scavenging rate of fruit body from cultured Cordyceps.was higher than that of fruit body root.
