【Abstract】 This paper is to build an early-warning indicator system for production logistics from the logistics enterprise of the transport,storage and other production processes perspective.On this basis,we use of principal component analysis of the indicator system for screening.The logistics enterprises use the appropriate prediction method of predicting to fit the judgment of the emergency through the actual survey and data collection.As the result,the logistics companies achieve the production targets of the early-warning.更多还原
