【Abstract】 The logistics is closely related to the economic benefits of enterprises and ecological environmental protection. Traditional enterprise logistics is still in its co-ordination difficulties of economic performance and ecological environmental protection. This research is based on externalism and marginal returns theory of economics to analyze the interaction between the decision-making behavior, the interests of gains and losses, management methods and environmental protection in those enterprises they have already implemented the environmental responsibility logistics. In the premise of technological innovation to achieve the reciprocal and win-win between of the environmental protection and economic efficiency. Study environment responsibility logistics of an enterprise externalism interests inherent theory and law.
