【摘要】 目的观察利多卡因星状神经节阻滞(SGB)辅助治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法将90例突发性耳聋病人分为2组。对照组42例采用加压氧和扩血管药、糖皮质激素常规治疗;治疗组48例在常规治疗基础上,患侧加用SGB治疗,两组治疗均14 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为81.20%,对照组为61.90%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.18,P<0.05)。结论利多卡因SGB是目前治疗突发性耳聋的有效辅助措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of stellate block with lidocaine as an adjuvant therapy on sudden deafness.Methods Ninety patients with sudden deafness were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(42 cases) were treated with hyperbaric oxygen,vasodilation drugs and conventional glucocorticoid;patients in the treatment group(48 cases),were treated with ipsilateral lidocaine SB in addition to routine therapy.The course of treatment for both groups was 14 days. ResultsThe effective rates of the treatment and control groups were 81.2% and 61.90%,respectively,the difference between them was significant(χ2=4.18,P<0.05).
