【摘要】 目的探讨上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素在喉癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学PicTureTM二步法,检测上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素在喉癌组织和癌旁正常喉黏膜组织中的表达。结果喉癌组织上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素的异常表达率分别为55.00%和56.67%,明显低于癌旁组织(二者均呈明显阳性表达)(χ2=8.32、8.87,P<0.01)。上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素的表达与喉癌的临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移及组织学分级有关(χ2=3.85~10.17,P<0.05)。同一标本中上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素表达有显著的相关性(r=0.61,P<0.01)。结论上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素的异常表达与喉癌分化、分期、转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin in the tissue of laryngeal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining(PicTureTM two-step method) was used to detect E-cadherin and α-catenin expression in cancer and paraneoplastic normal tissue. Results The expression rate of E-cadherin and α-catenin in the cancer was 55.00% and 56.67%,respectively,which was significantly lower than that in the paraneoplastic(both of the two items were obviously positive)(χ2=8.32,8.87;P<0.01),and associated with the differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of the disease(χ2=3.85-10.17,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of α-catenin and E-cadherin in the same sample(r=0.61,P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin are closely related with the differentiation,clinical stage,and metastasis in laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
