【Abstract】 Objective To constitute a set of core process system based on hospital execution culture for the modern hospital. MethodsTheory and method of commercial flow was introduced, three core processes of modern hospital and the key links among each process were carefully analyzed.ResultsA framework of the core processes for modern hospital based on hospital execution culture was successfully constructed. ConclusionExecution culture is the valuable driving power of modern hospital management, and building execution culture is imperative.
