【摘要】 运用文献资料法,通过对东京奥运会前后日本群众体育的政策法规、管理体制、经费来源及群众体育的开展方式等方面的对比发现:东京奥运会后日本体育的重心由竞技体育转向群众体育,究其原因是由于日本经济发展,民众对体育需求的增加所致。在此期间,政府采取了一系列的措施,如出台了一系列的法律法规;开辟多渠道的经费来源等等。通过对群众体育一系列的改革,日本群众体育蓬勃发展起来了。更多还原

【Abstract】 Literature review is applied in this article to conduct a comparative research into the policies and regulations,the management mechanism,fund sources as well as development means of Japanese mass sports around Tokyo Olympic Games.Research findings show that after Tokyo Olympic Games,the focus of Japanese sports shifts from athletic sports to mass sports.Basic factors accounting for the shift are Japanese economic development and the public increasing demand of sports.During Tokyo Olympic Games,Japanese government adopted a series of measures including enforcing a set of laws and regulations and exploiting multi fund-raising channels to reform mass sports;thus Japanese mass sports began to prosper.更多还原
