【Abstract】 As a major foreign trade province in China,Guangdong repeatedly suffered from overseas antidumping investigation in recent years.The problem of antidumping is in essence concerned with economy,but in fact,it is concerned with law.Therefore,the strategy for Guangdong to respond to antidumping is to readjust the economic structure and at the same time adopt the following legal solutions,such as answering a charge,searching for all kinds of evidences to carry on contradicts,reaching price pledge at proper moment,taking full advantage of redressing legal rights and so on.更多还原
