【摘要】 为了解我国急性职业手外伤的特征、预后,本文系统复习了1958年至2006年相关文献,重点总结了发病率、外伤特征、原因及危险因素、治疗以及外伤后回归工作情况。35篇文献共报道职业性手外伤29 729例,平均离岗48 d,83%~93%顺利回归工作。今后,应完善职业性手外伤报告、登记制度,并强化此类工伤问题的服务和监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the feature and prognosis of acute occupational hand injury in China,the incidence rate,injury characteristics,causes and risk factors,treatment and the situation of returning-to-work after treatment were summarized in the paper.There were 35 literatures from 1958 to 2006 concerning acute traumatic hand injuries in China,total 29 729 cases of hand injury were reported in these articles.The average absenteeism time was 48 days,83%～93% of them successfully returned to work.These results suggested that the report and registration system of hand trauma in governmental agencies still need to improve,and the surveillance and service should also be strengthened.更多还原
