【Abstract】 Recently,natural calamities occurred in China frequently.Thereinto,Flood has played an important role in restricting sustainable development of the society and economy,due to its wide range of areas and great damage.Taking the Waterfront in Chongqing Jiangbeizui for Example,this paper discusses the flood dynamic management system resorted to layout,which can not only simply keep the flood away from urban,but also be the way to transfer the calamity factor into the important factor of the city’s Landscape,and lead to symbiotic harmony for the city.更多还原
