黄花倒水莲中远志皂苷提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:优选黄花倒水莲中远志皂苷的浸取工艺。方法:采用正交设计试验,以远志皂苷浸取率为指标,对影响黄花倒水莲中远志皂苷浸取工艺的因素进行了分析,比较了乙醇回流法与水煎煮法、超声波法的远志皂苷浸取率。结果:在浸取温度为80℃,浸取时间为1h,乙醇浓度为60%,搅拌速度为400r·min-1时,远志皂苷的浸取率最高,达85.06%。同时,结果表明,乙醇回流法在远志皂苷的浸取中优于其它的方法。结论:乙醇提取法浸取效率高,经济,浸取剂有利于回收,适合工业化生产。

【Abstract】 To optimize the extraction process of baicalin from Polygala fallax Hemsl Georgiwith ethanol,this paper analyzed the extraction process of Tenuifolin from Polygala fallax Hemsl Georgiwas optimized with the aid of orthogonal experiments and it showed that the optimalparameters were obtained as follows: extracting temperature,extracting time,ethanol concentration andmechanical stirring speedwere 80℃,1h,60% and 400 r.min-1,respectively.The extracting rate of Tenuifolin amounts to 83.90%.The results also showed that the ethanol circumfluence extraction is better than other technological conditions on extracting Tenuifolin when it is compared ethanol circumfluence,boiling water with ultrasonic wave on extracting Tenuifolin from Polygala fallax Hemsl Georgi.
