【摘要】 热激蛋白90(heat shock protein 90,Hsp90)是细胞内最为广泛的分子伴侣之一,间接调控细胞内多条与细胞增殖、分化、存活以及凋亡相关的信号转导通路。近年来对Hsp90家族成员在分子水平上的认识不断深入,Hsp90已成为肿瘤治疗、细胞免疫、信号转导以及应激调节等领域的新热点。对不同亚型Hsp90的基因转录与翻译水平表达调控及其功能等方面的深入研究,将有助于人类进一步诠释Hsp90家族在生命活动中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heat shock protein 90 is one of the most abundant cellular molecular chaperones, which can indirectly regulate the cell signal transduction pathway involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival and apoptosis. Recently Hsp90 has become a hot field in oncotherapy, cell immunity, signal transduction and stress regulation research. Therefore, further study on the expression regulation mechanism at the level of gene transcription and translation and the functions of different isoforms of the Hsp90may contribute to better understanding of the key role of Hsp90 in life phenomenons.更多还原
