IFN-τ介导的JAK-STAT信号转导途径
The JAK-STAT signal transduction pathway mediated by IFN-τ
【摘要】 IFN-τ(interferon-τ,IFN-τ)由反刍动物滋养外胚层分泌,在母体妊娠信号识别中起到了关键的作用。它具有独特的生物学特性:无需病毒诱导、表达的时间和空间特异性、低细胞毒性及跨种族的生物学活性。IFN-τ主要通过JAK-STAT信号转导途径发挥多效生物学功能。本文介绍了IFN-τ介导的信号转导途径JAK-STAT中的主要功能元件JAKs和STAT的结构和功能,并重点阐述了该信号转导途径的具体传递过程和调节方式。
【Abstract】 IFN-τ (interferon-τ, IFN-τ) is secreted by the trophectoderm of the ruminant conceptus and plays a central role in maternal recognition of pregnancy. It has unique biological properties including not virally inducible, temporal and spatial specificity of the expression, low cytotoxicity and cross-species activity. IFN-τ exerts pleiotropic bioactivities by the signal transduction of JAK-STAT. This article provides some insight into the structure and function of JAKs and STATs in the JAKSTAT pathway mediated by IFN-τ. Detailed procedures and the regulation of the JAK-STAT pathway were also elucidated.
