【摘要】 目的:分析无反应肺炎的原因与对策。方法:从感染、非感染及原因不明因素3方面入手分析无反应肺炎的原因,对其及时作出正确临床评估,重视病史及存在危险因素,积极进行微生物学检测及放射影像学检查,必要时可进行有创检查(如支气管镜或开胸肺活检)等,总结其对策。结果:在治疗中针对原因,并采取相应治疗策略,提高治疗成功率。结论:临床医师应对无反应肺炎加以重视,明确其原因,合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the causes and therapeutic countermeasures of nonresponding pneumonia.Methods:Analysis of infection,non-infection and undetermined reasons of nonresponding pneumonia.In a timely manner to its correct clinical assessment,Attention to history,the existence of risk factors,Microbiology for radiation detection and imaging,if necessary,can be invasive inspection(bronchoscopy or open lung biopsy),Sum up how to deal with it.Results:For the treatment of the cause and take appropriate treatment strategies to improve treatment success rate.Conclusion:Clinical doctors must pay much attention to nonresponding pneumonia.The causes of refractory pneumonia should be recognized as a guide for rational drug use.更多还原
