【摘要】 在社会工作实务过程中,社会工作者所面临的问题主要归为两类:技术问题和价值观问题。其中,技术问题是相对客观、明确、易于把握的,而价值观问题则带有一定的主观因素,往往模棱两可和难以把握,能否恰当处理价值与伦理问题已经成为决定实务工作成败的关键,但我国社会工作教育中有关社会工作专业价值观教育现状不容乐观。如果说社会工作职业化是中国社会工作培育与发展的基础和前提,加强专业价值观教育是延续专业特色的根本保证,是有效进行其他专业教育的前提基础,是稳定专业队伍的基本手段,是实现素质教育目标的重要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In social work practice,social workers are facing two major problems:technological problems and values problems.Technological problems are relatively objective,definite and easy to comprehend,but values work l problems have certain subjective factors,often equivocal and difficult to comprehend,so it is very essential to deal with ethical problems.But current situation of Professional values of social work in our country is not well performed.If we say that Professionalism is the premise of Social Work Development,Professional values of social work education is the assurance to continue professional characteristics,the foundation to carry on other specialized education,the basic means to steady professional team,the important way to realize the goal of quality-oriented education.更多还原
