【摘要】 介绍盐城市侵蚀性海岸防护概况,以及海岸防护设计中应正确处理的2种关系,即宏观蚀退和微观保护的关系以及保堤、保脚、保滩的关系。对常见的防护、保滩(促淤)工程的结构形式及其特点进行总结。以盐城市海岸侵蚀最为严重的滨海县六合庄为例,进行典型岸段海岸防护效果分析。指出:在盐城市侵蚀性海岸防护设计中,应在宏观蚀退条件下构建侵蚀性海岸整体防护体系,保护沿岸地区工程的安全;工程措施不能在宏观上改变海洋与地质条件,但能够在局部改善水沙条件,起到消浪与阻止沿岸流冲刷的作用;保堤必须保脚,保脚必须保滩。更多还原

【Abstract】 The general status of coastal erosion protection in Yancheng City is introduced.There are two relations that should be correctly handled in coastal protection design: the relations between macroscopic erosion recession and microscopic protection,and the relations between dike protection,toe protection and beach protection.The structure forms and characteristics of common beach protection and sediment accumulation are summarized.The protection effects on the typical coast in Liuhe Village of Binhai County,where coastal erosion is most serious in Yancheng City,is analyzed.It is pointed out that during the design of protection against coastal erosion in Yancheng City,an integrated protection system should be constructed to protect the security of the projects in the coastal areas experiencing macroscopic erosion recession.Engineering measures can’t change marine and geological conditions in the macroscopic view,but they can improve water-sediment conditions,which play a role in damping waves and preventing erosion by the coastal currents.Therefore,the toes of dikes should be protected first,and the protecting toe should protect the beach first.更多还原
