【Abstract】 This paper is mainly aimed at the disadvantage of the research of regional innovation system of our country,having defined the innovation elements of RIS which are suitable for our national situation and having researched on the mutual relationship of innovation elements of RIS with normative analysis based on the domestic and abroad present research.Based on these,this paper has brought forward some academic and practical suggestions that develop and perfect RIS of our country.更多还原
