【摘要】 采用实测资料分析方法,对位山灌区节水改造工程实践与效果进行了深入的分析与评价,研究结果表明,工程老化损毁严重,工程效益难以发挥是位山灌区实施节水改造工程的主要原因;位山灌区节水改造工程实践采取了科学规划、优化设计、狠抓工程质量、加强施工管理等有效措施,圆满完成了建设任务;节水改造工程的实施提高了工程效率,减少了渗漏损失,提高了调控配水能力,改善了生态环境,取得了良好的工程效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of field data analyzing,the practice and effect of the water saving reconstructing engineering of Weishan Irrigation District is analyzed deeply.The result of research show that,the engineering was aging and marring,the benefit of engineering was not brought into play,the effective measures were adopted in the practice of the water saving reconstructing engineering.After the practicing of the water saving reconstructing engineering,the efficiency is advancing,the leakage is reducing,the ability of admeasuring water is increasing,the environment is ameliorating,the well effect of the water saving reconstructing engineering is gained in the Weishan Irrigation District.更多还原
