【Abstract】 Based on the current situation of water resources in China and the necessity and urgency of the establishment of water-saving society,the saving and protection of water resources were analyzed in terms of a scientific development view.Some suggestions were put forward from the aspect of establishment of water-saving society: activities and development in accordance with water resources, establishment of water banks,strengthening of establishment of management software of water users association,improvement of measurement and monitoring devices,increase of investment,widening of financing channels as well as promotion of water cultural system.更多还原
