【摘要】 2007年是三峡工程初期运行期的第一年,也是工程综合效益全面发挥的第一年。枯期,长江中下游遭遇多年未遇的枯水位,为保障通航安全,利用三峡水库对航运实施流量补偿调度,满足了枯季通航水位要求;汛期,为缓解长江中下游防洪压力,根据长江防总防洪调度指令,三峡开发总公司对4次较大洪水实施了防洪调度,为长江中下游的防洪安全做出了重要贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 2007 is the first year of the initial operation stage and giving full play to comprehensive benefits of Three Gorges Project.In the 2007 dry season,the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River is in lower level being not encountered many years.For the safety of navigation,the Reservoir is operated based on the principle of navigation flow compensation operation.In the 2007 flood season,four flood control scheduling are implemented to reduce the flood threats to the middle and lower reaches.The effectiveness of reservoir operation and scheduling are great.更多还原
