【Abstract】 As the large scale and many major technical problems, Xiaowan Project is one of hydropower development program with high difficulty at present in the world. HydroChina Kunming Engineering Corporation, responsible for the investigation, design and research of the Project, is deeply aware of the sacred mission and great responsibility, and give full play the leading role of design in Project construction with the prudence of "closing an abyss, treading on thin ice", the attitude of "taking-in-everything, scientifically verify" and the dauntless spirit of "Science with difficulty and had worked hard to be able to pass".
