【摘要】 结合水电工程建设的特点,对善泥坡水电站枢纽布置考虑的环保因素作了详细分析,从环保和工程的角度,推荐该电站采用上坝址筑坝、经右岸2.3km引水隧洞引水至法德大桥上游地下厂房发电的方案,虽损失了较大的发电效益,但最大程度降低了电站建设对当地生态环境的影响,贯彻落实了党中央十六届五中全会提出的"在保护生态基础上有序开发水电"的要求,使该电站的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益得到了协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In combination with the characteristics of hydropower projects,the environmental protection factors considered in the layout of control works of Shannipo Hydropower Station were analyzed in detail. In the light of environmental protection and engineering,it is recommended that the Station adopts the upriver dam site with the 2.3km water diversion tunnel in its right bank into the underground power plant on the upper reaches of the Fade Bridge. Although it losses great power generation benefit,it can minimize the impact of the construction of the Station on local ecological environment,so that it implemented requirement of "the orderly development of hydropower resources must be based on the ecological conservation",which was proposed at the 5th Plenary Conferences of 16th Sessions of CPC Central Committee. Therefore the benefits of economy,society and environment of the Station realized the coordinative development.更多还原
