基于CFD技术的双吸离心泵节能技术研究
Research on Energy Saving Technology of the Double-suction Centrifugal Pump based on the CFD Technology
【摘要】 应用CFD计算分析软件FLUENT6.3.26,选取标准κ-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对某型双吸离心泵节能改造前后泵内流道进行三维湍流数值模拟,并与现场采集的实际运行数据进行比较分析。结果表明,节能改造后的双吸离心泵叶轮和蜗壳内流场分布更趋均匀合理,能量损失减少,从而效率有明显提高,并与实测数据基本吻合。同时也证明CFD计算分析结果,可以较准确的显示出泵体内流道的流动特性和规律,对双吸离心泵的性能预测、水力设计和改型优化等具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Using CFD computation and analysis software FLUENT6.3.26 to simulate the three-dimensional turbulence flow in a double-suction centrifugal pump which is ameliorated to save energy and select standard κ-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm.Finally,compare the simulation data with the scene gathering data.The result indicated that after the energy amelioration,the flow in the double-suction centrifugal-pump is well-distributed and reasonable and the energy loses is less than the past,thus the efficiency is higher and it is consistent with the scene data.It also demon-strated that the CFD analysis result can show the flow characteristic and rule in the double-suction pump accurately,and have important guiding sense to the performance prediction,hydraulic redesign and the energy amelioration of the dou-ble-suction pump.
