【摘要】 针对API 11E抽油机认证不接受在抽油机中采用双圆弧齿轮减速器的问题,在广泛调研我国和国际抽油机及其减速器产品设计、制造标准及应用现状的基础上,分析了抽油机双圆弧齿轮传动及标准化问题,并向国际标准化委员会提出了在抽油机技术规范中增加双圆弧齿轮减速器内容的提案,目前已被采纳。藉此必将提高我国在抽油机领域的核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Double-circular-arc gear is widely used in the reducer of pumping unit in our country,and good results have been obtained after long time use.But if the pumping unit enters into the international market,it must be accepted by API certification,while the double-circular-arc-gear used in the pumping unit was not acceptable in the API 11E.For this reason,on the basis of wide range of investigation for the design,manufacturing standardization of pumping unit and its reducer,as well as their application at home and abroad,a proposal was put up with to the International Standardization Committee to add the content of double-circular-arc reducer into Pumping Unit Technical Specification,and has now been adopted.This will enhance the core competitiveness of our country in the field of pumping unit.更多还原
