油管钢的CO2和H2S腐蚀及防护技术研究进展

【摘要】 综述了油管钢的CO2和H2S腐蚀机理和防护措施,分析了常规防护技术的特点及其局限性。提出了用热喷涂镍基合金涂层的方法解决油管CO2和H2S腐蚀问题的思路,并经过初步的试验验证表明,Ni基合金涂层具有优异性能与广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A comprehensive review of the CO2 and H2S corrosion mechanism and current protective measures of tubular goods were presented.The characteristics and limitations of these protective measures were analyzed.The Ni-based coatings made by thermal spraying were proposed to be used to protect tubular goods from CO2 and H2S corrosion.The preliminary experiment result showed that Ni-based coatings had excellent performance and wide application prospects.
