水下立式螺旋轴流式多相泵的结构设计探讨
Structure Design of Vertical Helico-axial Multiphase Pump
【摘要】 螺旋轴流式多相泵因具有适应大体积流量输送,结构紧凑,对固体颗粒不敏感,具有一定的抗干转能力等优点,使其成为海底多相增压输送的最优选择之一。在陆用多相泵多次室内及现场成功试验的基础上,综合运用前期所取得的翼型优化及性能预测等成果,进行水下多相泵的研制。就水下立式螺旋轴流式多相泵系统的结构设计,在多相泵的叶轮、导叶和均化器的设计,轴系的布置及多相泵的密封、润滑、冷却、轴承和驱动电机等方面作了介绍。
【Abstract】 Helico-axial multiphase pump is one of the best selections for subsea application for it has many advantages such as "adapt to the large volume flow,compact structure,not sensitive to solid particles and able to withstand slugs of 100% gas".Fluid laboratory starts the R&D process of the subsea multiphase pump after many successful bench tests and field tests on land.This paper gave a brief introduction to the structure design of vertical Helico-axial multiphase pump system which was suitable for subsea application.
