【摘要】 目的研究针灸治疗难治性弱视的临床疗效。方法对60例(108眼)患者随机分为对照组(50眼)和治疗组(58眼)。对照组采用传统的戴镜、遮盖等常规方法治疗;治疗组采用针刺治疗加常规的治疗方法。结果治疗组治疗各类型引起的弱视总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),尤其是对白内障术后弱视、屈光参差弱视,其总有效率达100%。结论针刺可以明显改善眼周局部的血液循环,加快血流速度,提高血氧含量,从而使视神经和视网膜得以滋养,加快弱视的治愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on intractable amblyopia.Methods 60 cases(108 eyes)were randomly divided into control group(50 eyes)and treatment group(58 eyes).In control group,the conventional treatment was used,such as wearing glasses and covering.In treatment group,on the basis of routine method,acupuncture was applied.Results The total effective rate of all kinds of amblyopia in treatment group was superior to that of control group(P<0.05),especially good for the cases after cataract operation and anisometropic amblyopia,and their total effective rate was up to 100%.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve local blood circulation of eye,accelerate blood flow and increase blood oxygen content so that optic nerve and retina can be nourished and amblyopia is cured quickly.更多还原
