【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将36例脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组16例患者仅予盐酸氯丙嗪治疗;治疗组20例患者在给予盐酸氯丙嗪治疗的同时,应用旋覆代赭汤辨证加减治疗。两组患者治疗疗程均为7d。结果对照组总有效率为68.75%,治疗组为95.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论旋覆代赭汤配合盐酸氯丙嗪治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆疗效显著,其效果优于单纯应用盐酸氯丙嗪治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical efficacy on post-apoplexy intractable hiccup treated with integrative Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 36 cases of intractable hiccup in post-apoplexy patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.16 cases in control group were treated with chlorpromazine hydrochloride.20 cases in treatment group were treated with modified Xuanfu Daizhe Tang besides chlorpromazine hydrochloride.The patients in both groups were treated for 7 days.Results The total effective rate was 68.75% in control group and was 95.00% in treatment group,indicating significant difference(P<0.05)in comparison.The efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion Xuanfu Daizhe Tang combined with chlorpromazine hydrochloride achieves significant efficacy on post-apoplexy intractable hiccup,which is superior to the results with single application of chlorpromazine hydrochloride.更多还原
