采用微波加热合成对正丁氧基苯乙酸
Synthesis of para-(n-butyloxyl) phenylacetic acid by the microwave radiation
【摘要】 采用微波加热方法,以对羟基苯乙酮为原料经过威尔格罗特-金德勒反应合成了对正丁氧基苯乙酸,反应速度比常规加热快26倍,反应总收率可达88.3%.
【Abstract】 By using microwave irradiation,para-n-butyl phenylacetic acid is synthesized by the(para-hydroxyl) acetophenone through the reaction of WaregrootKindler.The rate is 26 times that of conventional heating,with the total yield 88.3%.
