【摘要】 四川农村剩余劳动力转移取得了很大的成效。其成功转移不仅对四川农民就业和增收、四川农村经济建设具有重要意义,同时也不可避免地对四川农业发展造成了一些消极影响。建议从加强四川农村剩余劳动力转移的服务和管理、加速四川城镇化建设、重视乡镇企业的发展、优化农业产业结构和健全农村社会保障体系等方面减少四川农村剩余劳动力转移带来的消极影响,以此促进四川农业持续快速地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sichuan’s rural surplus labor transfer has got great success,which increases peasants’ income and employment,and it is of great significance to the development of rural economy.However,during the process of transfer,it has some passive influence on the development of Sichuan’s agriculture inevitably.It is necessary to decrease the passive influence by reinforcing service and administration of Sichuan’s rural surplus labor transfer,accelerating the process of urbanization in Sichuan,emphasizing the development of enterprises in townships and towns,optimizing agricultural structure,and strengthening rural social security system and so on,so as to promote the development of agriculture in Sichuan continuously and rapidly.更多还原
