【摘要】 目的掌握华东六省一市颅脑创伤合并颅面损伤住院患者临床流行病学特点。方法从《2004年华东六省一市颅脑创伤住院患者》数据库中整群抽取合并颌面损伤患者,用SPSS13.0统计软件包分析。结果15611例颅脑创伤患者中合并颌面损伤患者占40.37%,男女比3.59:1,平均年龄(38.70±16.93)岁,17～58岁患者占所有年龄组的80.04%,各年龄组上性别对于颅脑创伤合并颅面损伤的发病有统计学意义(P<0.01)。主要受害者是农民(46.11%)、工人(28.07%)、学生及儿童(9.08%),文化程度以中学(55.16%)、小学(29.50%)和文盲(6.22%)最多。公路(67.22%)、公共场所(11.35%)和矿山工地(9.46%)是主要发生地点;主要致伤原因是车祸伤(66.20%)、击打伤(12.20%)和高处坠落伤(10.71%),而且在各年龄组中车祸伤都是主要致伤原因(P<0.01)。颅脑创伤合并颅面损伤较其他颅脑创伤病情重,合并伤多,预后差。结论颅颌面损伤是颅脑创伤中最常见的合并症,多为中青年男性,且文化层次相对较低,这类患者较其他损伤病情重,预后差,在检查、诊断和治疗上需要各学科通力合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical epidemiology of hospitalized patients with traumatic brain injury and facies cranii in eastern China.Methods The patients with facies cranii were drew-off from the "An investigation of hospitalized patients with traumatic brain injury in eastern China in 2004" database and all the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Results Among 15611 traumatic brain injury patients,40.37% cases were associated with facies cranii with a ratio of 3.59:1 in male and female and the average age was 38.70 ±16.93 years old.Patients between 17 and 58 years old accounted for 80.04% of all the cases.In different age groups,gender played a significant role in traumatic brain injury and facies cranii injury(P<0.01).Peasants(46.11%),workers(28.07%),students and children(9.08%)were the major victims.Concerning the educational level,most people had got little education(middle school 55.16%;elementary school,29.50%)or were illiteracy(6.22%).Highways(67.22%),public places(11.35%),and mineral deposits(9.46%)were the main accident spots.The major reasons of injury were road accidents(66.20%),stroke(12.20%)and fall from high places(10.71%),with road accident as the major reason in every age group(P<0.01).Traumatic brain injury associated with facies cranii injury may cause more serious condition and worse prognosis compared with other injuries.Conclusion Facies cranii injury is the most common complication in braininjury,and it mostly occur among uneducated young and middle-aged people.Due to the worse condition,the patients need more careful examination,diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
