【摘要】 为实施对历史建筑的节能综合改造,通过对上海历史建筑能耗现状的调查,分析了历史建筑围护体系热工性能、户门和外窗气密性、可再生能源利用、资源回用、自然通风和天然采光等方面存在的问题,提出了节能综合改造的技术手段,并指出了当前我国历史建筑节能综合改造的瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation into energy consumption of Shanghai historical buildings,some existing-issues such as thermal characteristics of their envelope,airtight capacity of doors and outer windows,renewable energy utilization,reuse of recycled resources and natural ventilation and illumination etc are analyzed.Improved,techniques for integrated energy saving reconstruction of historical buildings are put forward.And the bottlenecks of their reconstruction are also listed.更多还原
