【Abstract】 In view of the various shortcomings to the traditional analog video surveillance system, through the method of analyzing and researching the embedded chip Hi3511, the design of an embedded network video surveillance system based on Hi3511 chip is put forward. The principle of video surveillance system and the implementation of hardware and software modules are explained. The design of audio and video coding module is emphasized.
