冶金工艺流程评价决策系统的构建与实现

【摘要】 针对冶金生产加工流程复杂,生产单元融合性差,多金属伴生资源综合利用低等特点,基于改进的层次分析法,采用一套可以客观全面地综合分析计算冶金工艺流程相关领域因素的评价模型,按照系统科学性、合理性、动态性的原则,设计了包括经济指标、环境指标和资源指标的冶金工艺流程评价决策系统,并给出了系统模型和实现方案。评价了系统应用价值。

【Abstract】 Directed at the features such as the complex work flow of production metallurgy, poor confluent production unit and low integrated utilization of polymetallic renewable resources, based on an revised and improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a set of evaluation model is adopted which can be objectively comprehensively analyze and compute the factors related fields of metallurgical process, and has designed the evaluation and decision system for Metallurgical Process including the economic indicator, the environmental index and the resources target, in addition has given the system’s model and realizing scheme, according to the system of science, rationality, the dynamic nature of the principles. Finally, the application value of the system is appraised briefly.
