基于程序演化的决策树优化算法
Decision tree optimization algorithm based on program transformation
【摘要】 决策树算法的优化问题一直是一个倍受国内外关注的领域,由此已经提出了很多优化方法,并取得了很好的成果。在总结已有成果的基础上,在决策树的优化问题中,引入程序演化的思想,得到具有更高效率的决策树。运用函数式语言所具有的代数性质,首先对标准的ID3决策树算法进行Haskell语言描述,研究应用程序演化策略,推衍出一种高效等价算法。实验结果证明演化出的算法是正确和高效的。
【Abstract】 The field in optimization of decision tree is noticed widely and emphatically at home and abroad,thus many optimization methods are proposed,and a large number of achievements are obtained.Tries to introduce program transformation to get more efficient decision tree algorithm based on results and conclusions that given.Firstly describes the standard ID3 decision tree algorithms in functional language Haskell which has the algebraic character,then products a highly effective and equal algorithm though the program transformation strategy.The experimental result shows that transformed algorithm is correct and highly effective.
