数字化应急预案完备性评价系统设计与开发
Development of emergency response plan completeness evaluation system
【摘要】 基于故障树分析方法(fault tree analysis,FTA),采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)架构,设计开发了应急预案的完备性评价系统。通过需求分析、概念设计、逻辑设计和物理设计,以PHP+APACH+MySQL作为开发工具,编程实现了在人机交互的友好界面上对应急预案进行快速检索、查看、评审、添加、修改、删除等操作。通过将待评价应急预案的基本事件与应急预案的标准故障树进行对比,并量化地给出待评价应急预案的不完备度及其需要加强和完善的方面,为制定或修订应急预案提供软件系统支持。
【Abstract】 Based on the fault tree analysis,using B/S construction,a complete evaluation system is designed and developed for emergency plans.Through needs analysis,conceptual design,logic design and physical design,based on PHP+APACH+MySQL,the system with human-computer interaction for the emergency plan is realized.Rapid searches,view,review,add,modify,and delete operation are realized.The basic events of the emergency plan are compared with standard fault tree,the incompleteness of the emergency plan is obtained.What’s more,it analyzes the areas that need to be improved so we can provide software support systems to modify an emer-gency plan.
