公路煤炭调运监控系统设计与实现
Design and implementation of monitoring system for coal highway transportation
【摘要】 针对煤炭在公路运输过程中存在管理盲区,导致偷煤、换煤现象频繁发生的问题,设计并实现了可对运输过程进行有效监控的煤炭公路调运监控系统。在各矿点和集运站,安装ID卡车辆调度门禁管理系统、装卸车汽车衡称重管理系统。在运输途中,通过GPS车辆定位跟踪来实现对运煤车辆的实时监控。软件体系结构采用C/S和B/S的混合模式,用Power-Builder实现了C/S模式的栏杆机、摄像头等外围设备控制和汽车衡称重、ID卡车辆调度门禁管理。用VB实现了车辆过磅数据、现场抓拍的图片等底层数据的上传,信息查询功能在J2EE平台上采用Struts框架实现。
【Abstract】 Because of the management blind area existing in the highway transportation,it is a common phenomenon that the coal is stolen or changed and the economic benefits of coal enterprises are affected.Aimed at this problem,an effective monitoring system for coal highway transportation is designed and implemented.At each of the coal mines or coal distribution stations,vehicle entrance guard management system based on ID card and truck scale weighing management system are installed.During the transportation,the loaded vehicles are monitored through the way of GPS positioning and tracing.The software system adopts hybrid architecture of C/S and B/S.PB and VB are used to implement C/S-based management functions,and Struts framework based on J2EE platform is adopted to imple-ment retrieval and monitoring functions.
